The accreditation demonstrates ICC’s commitment and capability to providing world class IT managed services, including data centre management, IT project management and bespoke technical support services to a wide external client base.

The IS0 20000 standard is the most widely recognised IT Service Management standard in the world. It describes an integrated set of management processs for the effective delivery of IT services, measuring service levels and assessing performance.
